Cfs is taking my money and offering no help, i can't contact a live person to speak with

A few years ago I took my son to a cfs workshop, we sat through 2 hours of training and at the end they had tables set up for the parents to sit down with an advisor to get more information on what this company had to offer.

It seemed pretty interesting and me not having attended college myself, my son being the first generation I wanted to insure that he would receive all of the financial help that was out there. And this is what cfs promised, they would assist in finding all of the financial aid available, assist in writing exceptance letters, letters of recomondation so on and so forth

For a fee of $1800.00, not to mention the finance charges if you made monthly payments, which now I have paid a near total of $2500.00, at $97.00 a month straight from my bank account, and to reveive what? Flyers in the mail from various colleges! That's it and that's all. I attempted to call and the 800 number that they provide, the mailbox is full! I need to resolve this matter. Please Help!
