Fraudlent charges

I requested 'complete money makeover' by dave ramsey in july - it had been obtained, billed to my charge card 'pursuit' and settled. Currently this may bill includes a charge for $19.95 - i did so not recognize the charge and called the amount on the statement. I had been told it was for membership fees... I questioned this and was told i registered after i got this kind of great deal to the money makeover guide (i saved $5). Obviously, i stated 'you're incorrect' - plus, why easilyam thinking about spending cautiously ie cash makeover, might i purchase a membership in something - i was instantly almost screamed at and the individual was extremely argumentative. I requested to talk to some boss and after a couple of minutes the individual returned and said they'd eliminate the charge in a few billing cycles. I told them they better do it.

I wonder how many people never consider the charges on the credit cards and just let these thieves escape with this particular. Don't work with the corporation. Who runs thieves on the web? Better business agency???
