Ripoff they agreed to refund and it never happened!

As with others I was taken by this company. I have called them multiple times. They agreed to refund my money, less a $24.95 restocking charge. Of course this has never happened. They withdrew money from my account on May 15. I have called mutiple times ever since, and never have they returned my funds. This is a major fraudulant company.
