Aka Lennox ripoff business from hell

Back in November I was solicited for a credit card with a limit of $2500 at 0% interest and a bunch of other crap for $221.

I never received anything and in January asked for a refund minus a bullshit "restocking charge" of $24.95 and to top it off they may refund the money as a "Goodwill Gesture". ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

I then bounced some checks because a pre-authorized withdrawal was taken from 1rate.com which I didn't authorize (I listened to the tape recording). At least they refunded the money. Freedom Resource said on March 28th my refund would be mailed. Still nothing. I hate these people. Help!
