Ripoff swindlers, deceptive company

I was called in September and asked to verify the information they had about me. I don't know how they got my information. They said they would give me a $2,500 credit card.

They took off $ 221.95 from my checking account. Also they had a tie up with One Rate telecommunications which tried to take off $49.95 from my account. Since there was no available balance, the bank charged me a fine of $20.00. After that, in October, the telephone company took off $15.00 from my account for administrative processing fee.

I called Freedom Resource, they said I have to fill out a refund request form and send it back to them which I did. Also, they told me I would receive only $197 as they would charge $24.95 for administrative processing. I kept calling them for my refund, but to no use.in January they said the refund amount check will be mailed on March 14. To this day, I have not received any refund check. I tried calling them umpteen times but to no response.
I lost $221.95 $15.00 $20.00 (bank fine)= Total $256.95.
