My company Richards Home Maintenance was hired by a financial Institution to give a estimate on House trailer that been financed through Greenpoint Credit for) 8) years that a 1982 Model. The shape of this trailer was bad and I asked this woman Angie Dickens who lives in this trailer with a new born and a 9 year old how much she still owes on this trailer. She statedv that Greenpoint credit says that she still owes over 11,000.00 dollars. And with this information I asked the Bank where this lady was trying to secure a loan what there estimate was on the value of this trailer. And they stated with the current condition that they could not give her more than $ 3000.00 dollars.

But since Greenpoint Credit has black balled her credit rating because she was behind on payments because she had her baby that she would be stuck with a $ 11,000.00 loan are have her credit ruined. This is the type of pratices that hurt our American econmy. When Companies as this has allready gotten the value back on this trailer and more and they want to ruin a persons life because they want more. Is there something we can do to help this young girl? I am a business owner and when I see these types of crashing business techniques it hurts me.
