I'm 68 yrs old small business operator. We were searching for finacing for sale of gear. Balboa decided to finacne $ 150,000 for equipment and installation. As baitandswitch, they chnaged to $ 100,000 and lastly gave about 80,000 bucks.

The agreement was to finace at 10% (california rate) and 1% of running fees. Lease buy at $0 after 60 funds.

As deceptive lander, balboa transformed the word and invoiced us as lease and gathered $2170 from our account without our agreement.

Agreement was sold to leaf finace. Who aslo bill people as lease to ensure that we've to pay for them for good and equipment never bolong to us. We've to employ attorney and pay him $1570 and leaf ultimately agreed that equiment bolong to us after 60 funds.

Because of finacial scenario, we asked them to payment amount so we are able to refinance the loan. They gave us some $ 91,000 against mortgage of $80,000 and we already paid them $19500 attorney costs $1570 and deceptive selection from your accoutn $ 2170.

They said that we decided to pay them $ 113,000 against mortgage of $ 80,000 which is written in fineprint.
