Deceptive ripoff company

I've had two credit cards from this company and I can tell you that they are the most mismanaged bank and credit card company. They raised my interest rates twice to 21% after saying my payment was late. I shortly read that they contracted out their payment processing to another company and were having trouble processing payments.

I requested a reduced rate they denied it. They ar eunfriendly and every time you call you get a Customer Service Rep from a different part of the world! I do not know how this company is allowed to stay in business! I though the Sopranos were fiction!
