AMX Rep admitted profiling for intrest and fee rates

I just got off the phone with a "supervisor" from AMX. I was told that customers were profiled for the rates they where being charged. This person refued to give their name, but apperantly screwed up, giving me this information. I was being recorded by them, I was told this when I asked them. When I told them I was recording them they ask me to stop and would no longer answer my questions or give me their name. I asked if profile was done by race, finical ability and residence location. They would not answer directly, but indicated this may be the case. They have alot to hide.
