I've had exactly the same encounters with ACS as numerous of you. Our mortgage has simply changed hands from the nearby organization for this ACS-TRAINING. Not just am I getting the same issue whereby I created funds to my preceding financial institution that ACS doesn't display, however now present funds I create to ACS do not actually show on my bill! I suppose you have to create your cost a complete fortnight early to prevent overdue fees.

Their customer support is TERRIBLE. I named to state concern over my funds not displaying, plus they wouldn't reply just one issue. They'dnot actually provide me an assurance that I'd not be billed late charges due this case being out-of my handle (like I needed to possess my mortgage changed to ACS and WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE).

If this remains I'll be processing grievances thru any method possible... BBA, District Attorney, FTC, anybody who'll pay attention to me. I am confident they'll be greater fans than this Sh* A* organization...
