Unauthorized charges

The corporation who're associated with VISTAPRINT continue to be taking £9.95 per month from my account, so when questioned state they'll stop membership and return the total amount obtained under false pretences in the account. It has not occurred in my experience and that I still wait the reimbursement after 2 weeks of getting a sum obtained by this deceptive organization. They declare that a "cash-back switch was pushed which signals you up like a participant within our plan".
