Unauthorized charges on debit card

I didnt actually purchase the Disc from google treasure chest plus some how they've been debiting my bill. Our account went in to the damaging as a result of this "SAFELOCK" who's the individual on my claims that's debiting the consideration. I've named them twice and also the guy who replies everytime claims there's no fax number or tackle to convince them-they are getting cash from my consideration, he's attempting to state that they never required cash from me and that I have EVIDENCE they did! Our lender wouldn't lay in my experience seriously today! They have to be captured plus they have to publish discounts to everybody having a criticism. I'm likely to deliver a notice towards the Better Business Institution to determine what it's we are able to do to prevent this scammer from taking people!!! Subsequently questioning it! Haha that's so insane.
