Unauthorized charges

I had been provided a unique offer by my charge card organization for 15 evenings for $800 that we payed for, i obtained the bundle and determined it had been not what I needed and delivered it right away. I talked in their mind about the telephone and was informed it had been obtained and also the reimbursement could be compensated. A couple of days later I had been returned and thought it had been completed.

Per month later i obtained my charge card statement and noticed they'd removed another cost for $850 and that I obtained another bundle within the article. I named them-and they stated it had been an error and also to deliver it back, per week later i named them-and they stated they'd obtained the bundle and my reimbursement could be coming.

8 weeks have past today but still nothing continues to be returned and when i contact they declare it'll be returned in a few days and just how sorry they're. Within the mean-time my charge card business maintain stating they cant do something and that I simply need my money-back! Never use Calypso cay resort!!
