Unauthorized charge through my checking account

They created a check deal through my examining because of they've all my info on their pc since I create our motorhome funds within the telephone. I request them to pay for back the deal since it wasn't approved. With this happening it set my consideration on damaging and that I was incurred with multiple over-drafts through our checking acct. They stated they'd consider it and two nights approved. They ultimately named me back. I resent the extra costs from my lender. Since withit being damaging they cost everyday. Only to listen to they dropped the discussion of to not approve this deal and therefore are just prepared to mail-me a check back, that'll get 2-3 times plus they are not likely to look after any over-drafts on my bill. This is really dissappointing just since we reside check to check on and hardly making it. Today we're caught with costs of 100 on my bill. This influences my loved ones of 7 which is really unsettling they weren't going to correct their error.
