Ripoff, undue stress, would not return calls or emails, totally disorganized slow prossessing the business that doesnt give a dam

I agree with those that have written about Homecomings Financial. They have to be the worse company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I had to file a Chapter 13, I had no choice, so to avoid foreclosure I had to file.

I called Homecomings on numerous occasions and left messages, but never got any replies, but they would call and harass the hell out of me and my family. Everytime I talked with them, they never seem to have any inforamtion in the system and I would have to go through the same drawn out spill everytime and again every other day when they would call me or my family.

If i could I would sue their pants off for being stupid, disrespectful and having the worse Customer Service Department I have ever dealt with. They really caused me undue stress and I was already stressed enough because I got laid off in Mn, had a mortgage there, a mortgage here and went from over $70k a year to almost zero. I could never get past the harrassers and talk to anyone of any importance in their company.

They are indeed the worse company I have ever had dealings with and as soon as I can; I will get someone else, but guess I have to wait at least a year from the Chapter 13 filing date. I would do it now, if i could. If anyone knows of a way, let me know.
