No communication from NCA

I'd a Charge Card from the BOA subbsiduary which was overdue, because of work layoff. This consideration was subsequently offered to NCA. Soon afterwards I setted in a brand new work, and began spending the consideration off (to NCA). Began spending money on it on 6/21/07. Paid $505.00 monthly, till my last cost was settled on 11/21/09. All of this period I never received fee bills or verification from their website. Since itis taken care of, itis still displaying adversely on my Credit History, and that Iam looking to get a notice out-of them, stating that my consideration was compensated entirely, but I can't acquire them whatsoever. There's usually an answering message stating that somebody can get back again to me, but no one actually does.
