Bad Service and Misleading

I've been using the services of this lender for around two decades today and also have had a "good" connection together. They've previously been excellent till I went into this "new supervisor". He questioned if we do e banking and that I said no. He questioned if we were involved and that I advised yes but I've been having difficulties with his business bill increasing my prices. I approach cc together and that I was along the way of searching elsewhere simply because they continue increasing the prices and never maintaining their end-of the agreement. Well, this supervisor informed me he can get using the vendor account and correct anything up for me personally. Affirmed, I acquired a phone in the vendor account inside a couple of days to "attempt" to solve the problems. They planned a period in the future out to-go within the rates and obtain some greater prices. Meanwhile, the supervisor arrived by having a bunch of files for me personally to signal to obtain me e banking.
