Unauthorized Withdrawl

I obtained a fee for $307.62 from directv, amusing as it might be, I don't have a merchant account with Directv. I alled the amount shown on my bank acct declaration, they moved me to Finanial procedures where the rude representative Nancy was to no avail. Couldnt tell me why/what/how... Nothin. Was handed a fax # to send my bank acct/bank card #/all My Own data so that they might study... She'd your day and quantity of the deal (that will be NOWADAYS)... And informed unsure just how long it'd consider, I subsequently talked with boss Vanessa, they're a lot of cracks!!! I dont have an acct together... Explained somebody might contact me by telephone, they've yet to contact... THIS REALLY IS BULL!!! Allows record them to Better Business Bureau
