USA Platinum ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

This company led me to believe that I was getting a charge card that I could use anywhere. When I recieved the card, I discovered that I would have to access their web site to purchase anything but, when I tried to access their web site, I discovered that it does not exist at all. I feel that I have been deceived and cheated out of the money they withdrew from my bank account for false pretenses. I Want My Money Back!
