I got a phone call yesterday at 8:30 am from portfolio rc, thay told me that I have a debt of $9000. I said what are you talking about, thay told me in 2005 thay sent me a court order to pay the money for a dept. I owed for a visa card. Ithink the amount of money I owed was $2000 and now I owe them is over $9000. Thay haven, t called me since yesterday, which was 8/12/09, I, m planning too file bankrutcy. I hope the law would stop compnays like this woud be put out of business. Eugene
