Still Held Liable for House Signed Over After Divorce

I had a house in Michigan with my now ex-husband. It was back in payments before we got divorced. We got divorced and I move down to Texas. My ex got the divorce decree to be where he is to take care of the debts and that possession goes to whomever has possession at the time of divorce.

He lived at the house in Michigan so that means the house is his. I signed over the house to him but now Chase wants me to pay and is giving me bad credit. Chase told me to send a copy of the divorce decree and it would all be settled. I sent it over 4 times and I still have bad credit and still responsible for the house. All I want is to be off of the house and have good credit again.
