Do not do business with Chase Bank

I was very upset with Chase Bank. They cancelled my card, but never let me know. I ran out of gas and had to walk home with my kids at midnight. When my card was denied, I called them and they said they had cancelled my card weeks ago and sent a letter. Really... I am set up for alerts. No alert. A screen shot clearly states I have 1500.00 balance and over 5000.00 in credit. I have a great job, never late for 3 years, and have always doubled the minimum payment. What upsets me most, what the heck are they doing to the people who really need the money right now?
They need to leave California!!!
