Charged my Credit Card twice

I purchased a sony vaio notebook in the bestbuy in alexandria Virginia on jefferson Davis Road and that I place half on my credit card and also the partner on my check card, after I examined my check card they'd billed my card twice for that same cost. After I named my lender they explained to contact Bestbuy and also to ask them to contact plus they might in exchange recredit my consideration for just one of the quantities after I named the Top Purchase these were rude and never helpful. They weren't hearing what I had been stating and was really fast to express should you don't like what were sayign then contact corporate. These were really unprofessional and managed this case in an awful way. I subsequently approached my lender and ideally they'll just really consider one cost out-but within the mean-time I've to-go without 450.00 for approximately 8 times. That is totally absurd.
