Lets co/account holder withdrawl money & dosn't stop them, then LIE'S to the account holde

I opened a checking account with Chase in Mesa AZ, on 04/21/08, all went good till I lost my job, I moved to Ks (that has no chase banks @ all), I was then living with my ex husband (again), so I had put him on the account before we moved from AZ, to Ks so that it would be easer to pay bills, after about7 months I left him on May 22nd 2009 I called Chase bank in AZ spoke to Cora & told her I needed to be removed from the account since it is his money going in now that I was out of a job, (the account was in the at this time) no 1 told me I could close the account over the phone!!! So when Michael's check from SSI went into the bank he stared taking money out & Mike had called & got his own debit card & spent over $400.in 1 day @ Alltel then he continued to withdraw money till he was $250.00 over drawn & I have proof that it was his signature on the checks & his debit card that was used, & that Chase allowed Michael to over draw the account that badly, Mike has since had his check mailed to him instead of going into the bank & that bank is going to make me pay it after they had said that they would remove me from the account when I send back the seignior card, I finely got it in the mail 2 months & 2 days after I had requested it so on July 29th I went to town had it notarized & faxed to Chase, then also mailed it to the bank, waited the 5 business days then called Lillana back to request a copy of the removing me when I was told that I had to pay the NOW $256.27 in order to do so & she said that I was never told that I would be taken off while it was in the (-) all Chase Bank dose is lie & let people get in to finical trouble when they tried to do what was right, I have been going through with this nonsense since May 22nd 2009 & all the phone calls for nothing
