Stolen Debit Card Refund Mostly Taken Back, Only $45 Credited

I bank with Chase bank for 3 years and I really like them until recently. Someone stole my debit card and cause my account to be overdrawn by 300 dollars. I call Chase and they tell me I will get the money back. They refund all the money. Then take 97 % of it and cover fees and pay other things that aren't showing in my account. Very upset. They gave me a credit of 45 dollars flat. Ripoff!!!
