Unauthorized Charges and Refusal to Reimburse

The corporation calls while offering free items. After accepting towards the "free" item, all a costs begin turning up on our charge card where period we named to stop. We were informed that people needed to wait before item was obtained after which return it unopened before credit could be released. After roughly 6 months, a container seemed also it was delivered to sender, unopened as directed. Nevertheless, after being billed $120 of unauthorzied costs and worrying towards the organization, they essentially stated tough-luck! We did not follow their process of receiving a routing amount, which incidentally we were never advised of. Therefore their fundamental perspective was - "even although you delivered the merchandise, never approved costs for your requirements, we shall not return your cash." What type of procedure is that this???
