I had agreed to a forebearence amount of $900 a month
3 days before first payment was due i recieved a letter stating it would be $1300 a month which i could not afford i asked could they put it back down to $900 they asked me fax income records which i did 3x but they said they never recieved.

So as a result my home going to sherriff sale soon.in the mean time i am trying to sell on my own but ocwen will not send me payoff amount.

So it looks like i will be losing all the way around.
Count me in on class action against them
