They are charging interest fees that are not valid. Des Moines Iowa

The method of charging interest is inhuman. They had my address incorrect, so the first bill didn't reach me. I had to call to find out were my bills were. When I did they said it was my fault because I gave them the incorrect address.
That, of course, is not true. They immed. Started charging me interest. When I protested. The waived one interest rate, saying that they could only do it once.
When I told them that it was their error, well they just didn't want to hear that. The next month I mailed in the payment on time, but they said they didn't get it on time, so here comes another interest payment added in. We had another argument. They naturally won. My payment reached them just hours after they said it was due. How do I believe that??? So now this is the third month and the bill comes and they have added in more interest. Why, who knows! Calling them is not worth the time. They have this canned speech all ready. I'm a senior citizen and can't afford this. They are taking my grocery money so this is serious stuff. Though out the years I have a good history of paying my bills. This is the first time I have ever dealt with them and wish I had never heard of them.
Has others had this problem??? I have contacted the company where I bought my machine and told them not to use Wells Fargo.
