Phone harrassment to Family including an 11 yr old girl, Rude phone ettiquette, Threatening scary messages left for 11 yr old to hear on her cell phone

Horrible, heartless people to deal with. These creeps continually harrass my brothers 11 yr old daughter via her cell phone, leave threatening messages on the answering service for her to hear. They constantly harass our family members including my mother who has cancer and is sick.

I called to try to help my brother who was just in an accident but these people yelled at me and told me they can't help it if people don't want to pay their bills. I was passed around from person to person and supposedly the two rude managers I spoke with were Joe who just transferred me without a word after I tried to explain things and then to Jim. The men just got ruder and yelling above me talking so I could not even get a word in. I told them I wanted to help but to no avail. They would rather harrass people instead.

I asked them to not call my 11 yr old neice and my mother who is very sick. I gave them the numbers and they can't seem to find those numbers except when they call to harrass them but said they'd refuse to stop calling anyway.

What gives these people the right to scare children and harrass the sick elderly? How can we get them to stop before they kill my mother? Is the amount of money so much more significant than people trying to get through these tough times??
