Harrassment

UCB has called repeatedly at all hours of the day (starting at 4 AM) and caller ID shows their number only as 954. They are rude and demand my social security number, bank account information and all information about my finances.

They will not give me any information about themselves when they call (introduce themselves as Mr. Or Mrs. So-and-So) but they say they are calling to collect on a debt reported to them by my bank. I have contacted my bank, and they say that this is not a company they have dealt with, nor is my payment plan through the bank being sent to a collection agency.

They have also called people that I know, who have repeatedly told the callers that they have the wrong number, but they continue to harrass them as well.

They repeatedly threaten me, saying that I have to pay them immediately and in full to take care of my debts.

When they leave messages with names and numbers to call them back, I get passed around and always end up speaking with the same person (Mrs. Morales). They are extremely short with me and never give me to whoever called in the first place and the extensions they give never connect me to the right person.

I can't believe this company has continued to harrass people as they have.
