Ugly service

This can be a terrible deplorible organization... Unacceptable. Their people beginning with cashiers to supervisor have no idea the things they are doing. I visited this department to start a brand new checking account having a check due in my experience from their very own lender, I contacted the cashier and requested him when the check and consideration was great he switched around and examined using their supervisor on-site and stated that it had been okay. A few times afterwards I went and withdraw $4,950 bucks money in the consideration. A few times later I acquired a phone in the supervisor of the department Mr. Tony Nguy - stating the check was not good-and the cash must be delivered. I stope from the department the next evening, delivered the cash and requested him to shut the consideration given that they where likely to charme $3 regular charge and clearly they did not understand what these were doing. He explained he might look after this along with a month later I acquired a declaration stating that I owed $34.10, after I visited purchase this with my charge card Mr. Nguy stated that I've to pay for with money since it was in selection.
