I did trust that this company could help me out. Damon Carriger said this is a great investment and will help reduce my payments over the life of the loan. I even have him email guaranteeing a full refund if my loans are not modified. Like the others this has gone on since Jan. I have seen the comapny change names and have gone through 2 account reps, the only communication I would get is when I reached out to them and always got the same generic response back (it's under review) I did pay the whole fee and still no help, communication or results. I sent an email request to there disputes department asking for a refund, if anyone has any info to help that would be appreciated. I am able to make my payments but I could really use the 4k back in my account, I cannot beleive that I got duped into something. There has to be something that can be done, this is a scam and are taking advantage of people that are looking for help.
