Chase "Ripoff Artists Extraordinair" will bleed you dry and then try to eat you

First let me say that Chase Home Finance bought my loan. I would have never gone willingly to the slaughter. Just try and get them to explain any of the unknown misc charges that appear on your mortgage statements, I dare you. You will spend hour after hour speaking to someone in a foreign country that you cannot understand whose only purpose is to repeatedly apologize and do absolutely nothing to resolve your issues. This company bills late fees when your payments aren't late, they bill misc charges for no reason whatsoever, they bill you 3 times for information you request when you had to call them 3 times to get it once. Then they apologize in pigeon English saying they are sorry that you are unhappy talking to foreigners who could care less about your troubles, or the fact they are ripping you off. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I just refinanced my house away from them to escape and I made sure there was a no sell clause in my new mortgage so I would never have to deal with them again. I am now filing a lawsuit because I cannot talk to any reasonable person to try and resolve all of the false charges put on my mortgage. They owe me hundreds plus interest and they will pay in court!
