Ripoff screwed others too mistreated and ripped off

Fairbanks is great at losing payments and charging outlandish fees for their mistakes. We have been fighting them every since they bought our loan in August. Since that time they started forclosure on us 3 times when we had receipts to verify payments made. They would have me fax the receipts but then still send the paperwork to the attorney's office and say that did not receive the receipts. Letters of dispute are not responded to and when you ask them about it they say they sent a response via certified letter, however cannot produce a signed receipt. They delay paying property taxes.

One time they delayed paying our property taxes for 11 months. Advised us that we had paid 756.00 too much into our escrow account but never sent us a check for the amount overpaid, when asked about it they advised us they sent it out (we never got it). I could go on and on about the service and money sent to them, however I am not sure if there is enough room on this form. If there is a class action lawsuite pending against this company please add our name to it. If not please see about filing one.
