This company is a complete scam/fraud... They blackmail and threaten you into a contract w/out giving you the terms.
They have yet to send me the so called promissory note in which they say that I signed the contract. According to their system they sent it out but I haven't received it ~ blamed the post office.
Got a letter dated 7/18/09 (Sat) saying that I was going into default and have to pay by 7/29/09 but did not receive the letter until 7/28/09... Sent overnight delivery and the UPS tracking shows that they did not ship it until 7/27/09.
Been disputing the loan for 9 years and the amount owed is more than the original loan amount...
Nothing but loan sharks... Compounding interest and adding fees as they go without any options to refinance or change...
Treatening to garnish my wages/put a lein on my house and I have no money...
