Account Care was placed on my account without my knowledge

Account Care was placed on my account without my knowledge. When I found out, I was unemployed. Applied to use the service and was told I was not qualified, but clearly by the terms as I read them I do qualify. Sears said I gave them permission to put account care on my sears card. They stated they called and I gave them permission. This is false. They have been hard to deal with, not helpful or understanding.
