Sold my debt to Cach

I've experienced a debt consolidation reduction since 6, got 4 out-of 6 cards reduced. On 7/6/09, I received a summons in the mail from a law firm stating that CACH LLC is sueing me for $6500. I'd no idea what it was about since I have offered a POA towards the debt co., I've never obtained a notice, regular payment claims, that CACH was today your debt collector plus they got around in February its today 7/09. I've experienced contact numerous occasions with debt company. Asking them about that debt. Regarding this summons. At that time I switched everthing to your debt company, this statement was just for $2119.00, and today I'm being prosecuted for $6500. Cach hasn't mailed me something once they purchased your debt, and on my debt co., it says negotiation pending. I'd no thought about that till nowadays once the debt company sent me stating cach purchased your debt in 2/07, it's today 7/09, why delay so-long. I've responded towards the courtroom, therefore simply waiting to listen to to get a test day. Is that this authorized for Cach to not contact me for cost of the debt since 207 and get a summons within the email on 7/09?
