Unfair debt charges, unfair credit reporting

Bought my home in Sept met and married Bobby Moore Jan. He and his partner filed Chapter 13 in April. This was a business bankruptcy, had nothing to do with my or my loan, nor is Mr. Moore on my loan. Ocwen has added thousands of dollars to my loan for bankruptcy fees, attorney fees, document fees, late fees, has taken 3 of my payments and applied it to those fees, causing me to become behind thus adding more late fees, attorney fees, document fees.

They took my April 07 payment, my June 08 payment and again May without my authorization or permission, applied those to fees, causing me to be behind and having to double up on my payments to get caught back up. I have been battling with them for three years over this and they refuse to remove any bankruptcy fees and such that they have added to my loan. I now owe them way more than I borrowed almost 10 years ago.

They have been repeatedly shown that I was not party to nor was my loan party to any bankruptcy proceedings, and have been shown where Mr. Moore relinquished any claim to my property. He surrendered his own home during his Chapter 13 which included Mr. Moore, Mr. Clark and their business C&M Drywall & Painting.

Ocwen attorneys went to the bankruptcy court and tried to get them allowance to foreclose on my proptery and then add additional fees to Mr. Moore's bankruptcy but the court denied this because the loan was not part of any bankruptcy proceeding nor is it listed to be in Mr. Moore's name. So they had those additional fees applied to my loan. I borrowed 36,000 ten years ago, now I owe almost 41,000.00. They have applied more late fees and attorney fees this past month because THEY have caused me to become behind.
