I ordered an appraisal from this company and was told several times it was done. Then too my surprise, he said it wasn't. I was then gauranteed to have it by weeks end too close a deal and guess what?

They blew me off, sent me text messages instead of being a man and calling so I cancelled the appraisal. I ordered it through another company the following day and it was completed in 3 days. These clowns had seen the property three weeks ago.

Our company won't accept any appraisals from Platinum Appraisal nor will any of the brokers that bring their loans to us be able to use this terrible service provider.
