Overdraft Charges

At nighttime 7/16 my balance was over 3000.00 since I'd an immediate deposit to become acknowledged which was currently displaying on my acct balance. At 8am nevertheless I'd $140.00 in facility costs since I'd one check and 3 checkcard acquisitions undergo. Obviously they went the $500.00 check which created my stability (with no direct-deposit) to reduced to within the 3 additional smaller costs. But i'd a direct-deposit sitting there of $2500.00. They understood the cash was there!!! They'd previously proven that cash on my stability at nighttime!!! I've had this acct for years and facility was never a problem so long as I'd a credit card in order for them to cost such things as this to, but WACHOVIA transformed the credit card to Lender of America and that I won't start a different one (charge card) with Wachovia. THIS REALLY IS CRAZY and incredibly bad exercise. Nevertheless Wachovia appears to be ready to obtain away with this specific exercise with no trouble. So what can we do lacking changing banks?
