Wachovia cheated me out of hundreds of dollars of my disability check

Greeting to all, I have decided to post my story of wachovia banks deceptive charges and deposit practices.
After many years in a sucessful carreer I was invovled in a bad car wreck, the other guys insurance had a small limit which was eaten fast by the hospitals and doc fees. My nice little nest egg 401 k was pulled out and Irs took 50% of which I am left with nothing but the social security money that was taken out of my check for years.

Wachovia would take my US treasurey check and hold it sometimes two days. Now this was not some insurance check but a check from the United States government treasury, that Wachovia decided to hold to see if it would clear. Wachovia people if you read this I would like for you to ponder what happens if the US teasury folds? After many bounced check charges i went with the direct deposit route. But I do not use my check card or wachovia checks to pay my bills.

Wachovia I get my satifaction in using you as a receptecle[like give me my cash]. The practices this company uses forcesme to do so. They have told me many times we donot hold your check it just goes into system and takes that long to process. We moved my wife's account to a smaller bank. Take heed all! [and excuse my grammar] sitting in this wheel chair sucks! Md
