Whom It-My Problem, (Web Mentor)

I'm creating regarding stolen resources out my bill.

Web Mentor has taken $67.00 on June 29, from my bank account without my agreement. I've never heard about Web Mentor. I checked my account files. I have to understand how I will get my money-back and any facility costs, and also to ensure that this do not happen again. I'd enjoy any data concerning this issue.
