Ted (Theodore M.) Saltzman, First Austin Capital FRAUD Fraudulent Investment Broker Scam, Offshore Financing Scam

Ted Saltzman is a scam artist that claims to be an investment broker, offering advice through phone calls & e-mails. He appears very pleasant until you catch him in his scheme and he becomes angry, and beligerant, resulting in abusive communication.

If he "offers" to fund your business, be aware he will hold up your proceedings, and NEVER come through with the money. Even worse, if he e mails or calls you with information on how you can make money, avoid is "advice" at all costs, and don't give him a dime. No one has ever seen a return on the money they've given him. It's absolutely amazing that he's not in prison yet!
