He's NONE and it is not authorized like a genuine share broker or investment agent. He starts bothering and effective telephone calls, especially to ladies and certainly will not quit. This guy is persistent. Report your calls, record him to nearby authorities, your mobile phone business and State Attorney Generals in addition to FCC for utilizing the telephone to do fraudulent actions. Avoid this Scam-Artist. He's brief in his 70's and works... I-say FUNCTIONS as though he's cash to get... He's none.
