Repo/filed reort on my insurance

I had been overdue on my cost and talked having a (Jennifer) in the selection department. From Wachovia. I had been informed they couldn't take a check due to a prior returned check from me which I'd need to spend be Developed Union. I visited create a cost at Western Nation and that I contact them to tell them that I had been producing the cost plus they required an additional cost from my bank account anyhow once they explained they couldn't utilize my account anymore. The following month I settled them a paymnet to obtain swept up and fourteen days following the cost, they repo my vehicle, but delay it gets better. Once they repo my vehicle, they attempted to complete a state with my insurance provider without me understanding for harm to my car when there is no problems whatsoever. Our insurance provider named me and have me did I approved this and that I told them no-so my insurance provider refused the state.
