Purchased a sameple for $4.95 three months before. Recently a $97.93 cargo (unatuhorized) turned up and today the organization wishes me to pay for the return shipment charges! BUT I really could maintain the material in a $25 discount. That is their MO. Deliver people shit they donot need, and in the place of refunding the entire quantity, they allow you to accept $25 payment.
