Unauthorized charges/no refund

Little did I understand after I bought a "free" Disc about government awards online that I'd be charged for $74.95! I named and terminated the account used to donot learn about and was informed that I'd get a reimbursement in 10 - 15 business days. The following month, the same thing occurred. And also the next month, today anything named grntprog has charged my credit for $29.99, which again, is completely unauthorized. And today after I attempt to contact, they're easily shut for that evening. These con artists simply get your creditcardnumber after which maintain payment it for whatever they feel just like payment it—it appears like I'm not by yourself in my own grievances. I perform my bum off and these folks simply keep taking from me. It appears like I've to simply block out the card. I'm arguing all three prices.
