Unauthorized Credit Card Charge

Unauthorized cost on Learn card, allegedly by my dad via the Web: 1. My dad doesn't possess a Learn card; even though consideration is in his title, my mom has only ownership of the card which she employs for quite certain acquisitions. 2. My dad doesn't understand how to purchase on the internet. 3. This upsets me probably the most: after I named, they easily decided to return the costs but requested that people please not inform the charge card business! I told them that I felt forced to inform Uncover plus they informed that it'd consider longer to reimbursement the cost and also the card range may need to be transformed. While, they might simply return the cost and "set a freeze" on any more utilization of that creditcardnumber. I would like to understand where/how they got the amount to start with! They cannot answer that...
