They Take Money for Doing Loan Mods, but Never Do the Loan Mods AND They don't pay their Sales Force Commissions on the Loan Mods they actually Sell - Avoid this shop at all costs - Do not work here

This company is the worst place I've ever worked. They are the most unethical people in the world. They used to be a subprime mortgage sellers - that says it all.

They telmarket on the do not call list and sale people loan modifications pretending to be backed by the Obama administration. They charge people $3000 for this service and then don't do any work. They just take your money. I had customers that I sold modifications to that they never lifted a finger to help. I felt horrible when i found out. What was going on?

On top of that, they don't even pay their salesman the commissions that they earn. The tell you that they have people making ten to twenty thousand a month, but nobody there is making that kind of money because nobody there is getting paid - nobody.

They tell you that you'll be paid the 15th of the following month after you close all your loans by this month, but by the time the 15th comes, they find a reason to fire you or they'll have a mass exodus of salespeople because someone will find out they aren't actually doing the modifications or not paying their sales people - that is why they train sooo many people every month - they use you to telemarket and yell at you and don't allow you to take breaks and don't give you time to take lunch. It is a very hostile place to work - do not go there and do not conduct business there.
