The ripoff company worst customer services, unwilling to aprove loan modifications

I got divorce also I did not making same money my Mortgage is 1,900 and after taxes I make 2,300. I almost dont have money for nothing, even for car insurance, I requested a loan modification, all the customer reps was extremely rude not willing to help, with sarcasm say If you can not afford to pay sell it, short sale is available, nobody offer to work in a loan modification, the mittigation deparment only cares in collect the money, I submited everything that they ask me and my modification was denaid, never offer a trial payment, wich most company does, I asking to my self were is the money that Obama gives the banks for this purpose. I am reading all horrible histories about this company that was sued for unsound bussiness and they are observed.
